Jude

Hi! I’m Jude and I’m the manager here at Stainthwaite, I’ve worked here for more than six years now and only regret it when it’s pouring with rain and minus two!! Only kidding!! I have more than 30 years’ worth of experience with dogs of all breeds and I believe passionately about their care both physically and mentally, if you can’t find me I’m usually in a kennel making sure the resident is happy and having cuddles!

Lauren

Hi I’m Lauren and I have always had a passion for the health and welfare of animals. I’m very happy to say that I’m loving being able to pursue this passion here at the kennels. I have always been around animals growing up and currently have 3 dogs, a bearded dragon and 10 cats at home. Whilst working at the kennels I have completed a full time college course expanding my animal management knowledge. I love meeting and caring for all the dogs that come in!

Amee

Hiya!!! I’m Amee and I’m from Yorkshire! I’m a fully qualified canine groomer and I also work in the kennels when not up to me ears in shampoo and dog hair! I’m a bit bonkers so my colleagues tell me but they say I shouldn’t change! I have wanted to work with dogs from a very young age, and I was often found charging around the garden with a toy dog on a bit of string taking it for walks! As I grew up I realised that the grooming side of working with dogs was what interested me most and here I am. I’ve already met most of you and your pupsters but I can’t wait to meet our new customers both hoooman and dog!

Natalie

G’day! I’m Natalie and I’m from Australia. I was born and bred in the middle of the outback on a sheep and cattle station. (A little different than here!). I have worked with all types of animals all my life, including dogs, cats, horses and many sorts of livestock. I am now a fully qualified training certified dog trainer and hope to pursue this career/dream at Stainthwaite Boarding Kennels. I have been here for nearly three years now, I’ve definitely become part of the furniture! Listen out for my strange/mixed accent on our Facebook and Instagram page! I hope to see your doggies soon! 😊

Hi there I’m Kath, I have owned Stainthwaite Boarding Kennels for over 16 years now and have taken a back seat lately and I’m loving my retirement. I have a great team who have taken over from me and that I trust to see the kennels go from strength to strength, don’t worry though, you’ll still see me around and I’ll be sure to give you a cheery wave.

I’m back!!! Couldn’t keep away!!! I remember many of our existing customers and I’m loving meeting all the new ones (and their pups obviously) It’s great to be back in the thick of things working with dogs of all shapes and sizes, whatever the weather throws at me I’m out walking and making sure our guests are happy and tired out!
