At Stainthwaite Boarding Kennels we’re fully prepared and have plenty of bowls, blankets, beds and toys to keep your dog happy, engaged and comfortable. This is an ideal option if you have any favourite items you would prefer to keep clean and chew-free!
Whether you require our boarding facilities for long or short term, we can help. Book in for even just a day, your four-legged friend will be in the safest of hands with our caring and attentive team. If travelling to us is going to be a problem, don’t panic! We provide transportation services and can arrange this with you prior to booking.
Preparation
- Vaccination records – must be kept up to date with the annual boosters and the kennel cough vaccine
- Medicine – any that your dog may require with clear written instructions. Our health page provides further details
- Food – Sufficient for the entire boarding period with clear written instruction on your normal feeding routine
- Toys and comfort items – If it’s your dog’s first time it helps to bring something familiar – a favorite toy or blanket

Guests old and new are welcome at Stainthwaite Boarding Kennels, whether you’ve previously booked with our boarding kennels or it’s your first experience with us, a warm welcome awaits both you and your pet. Our relaxed and safe environment provides the perfect accommodation for your pup while you’re away and you can rest assured we will treat each and every pet as they were our own.
Pick Up a Pup!
We aim to please and want to make your experience with us stress and hassle-free, if you’re unable to get to us, we can offer a pick up and drop off service from your home to our kennels.

- pm : 16.30 – 17.45
A small charge of £7.00 each way is charged for this service and arrange a mutually convenient time.
